Free Public Lecture – Scott LondonPosted: October 24, 2013
MONDAY – Oct 28th @ 6:30 P.M.
Conlan Hall Auditorium, Room 101
City College of San Francisco
50 Phelan Ave, San Francisco, CA
Scott London has been photographing “Burning Man” for over 8-9 years now.
His beautiful images on this subject are as incisive as they are entertaining. His pictures have been published in Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, GQ, Elle Decor, Marie Claire, Outside, National Geographic Traveler and Sierra. His prints have been exhibited in galleries around the world.
A California-based photographer, journalist, consultant, and long time associate of the Kettering Foundation, he is perhaps best known for his one-on-one interviews with many, of the brilliant and influential writers and thinkers or our time. He is a former host of “Insight and Outlook,” aired on National Public Radio stations across the country.
You are welcome to attend this last lecture in the series “PHOTOGRAPHERS AND THEIR IMAGES”, see Scott London’s amazing photography, and listen to what will surely be one of the most riveting lectures we have ever had the chance to share with a San Francisco audience.
